Rover Ref Shelly Finnegan (center) of Medford, who ushers Snickers in, says “She’s very sweet. She’s very pleasant and she gets along with every dog in the room. Any room you ever put her in, she’s never aggressive. She’s very, very sweet. Her temperament is very mild and she’s probably a perfect dog if anyone wants a lap dog. The rain put a damper on Libby’s usual walk around the neighborhood. “It’s funny when she’s wicked happy.
